Summer Speed and Strength Camp. 

Athletes will compete in a positive team setting, have fun, and gain self-confidence. In addition, the programs keys in on stability/balance and keeping our youth active.

Where: DMS Gym entrance

(Will typically be outside. Plan accordingly.)

Time: 11:45a-12:30p.
